This digital space reflects my personal point of view and opinions. I do not claim absolute neutrality. All analyses, commentaries, and conclusions express my own perspective, always supported by rigorous research and reflection. How I Use Artificial Intelligence
- Research: AI-assisted tools are used to search for information, summarize sources, and organize raw data. I personally verify primary sources and conduct all final analysis.
- Writing and Editing: All articles are of my principal authorship. The core ideas, structure, opinions, analysis, and final voice are entirely mine. I use AI to assist with wording suggestions, grammar corrections, and style improvements.
- Images: Some images are generated by AI tools and will always be clearly labeled ("Image generated by AI").
- High AI-Intervention Content: In exceptional cases, this will be explicitly declared. All published material remains under my personal supervision, review, and final approval.
Freedom of Expression
This blog is protected under the fundamental right to free expression, recognized by:
- Guatemala: Article 35 of the Political Constitution of the Republic of Guatemala.
- Colombia: Article 20 of the Political Constitution of Colombia.
- International Law: Article 19 of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (ICCPR).
